Our commitment to you is to provide the highest standard of service possible, when catering for your general insurance needs.
Our services agreement to you ensures that:
- We will respond to your phone call or email usually the same day (always within 24 hours).
- We will respond to your letter or fax within 2 working days.
- We will send you a reminder of your insurance renewal at least 4 weeks before its due date to allow time for adjustments or changes to your cover.
Our on-line claim service with AMPGID is an important part of our service. In most cases we can provide a paperless claim by simply calling 131 437.
